Welcome to the Talos RPA Suite Legal & Compliance Portal. This directory centralizes the complete legal, contractual, and regulatory framework governing both the Talos Cloud (web-based orchestration platform and Process Designer) and the Talos Agent (downloadable local automation runtime daemon).
Document Directory & Applicability
The Talos legal architecture is divided into six specialized documents tailored to the operational boundaries of cloud orchestration, desktop binary execution, data sovereignty, and third-party software licensing:

1. Cloud Web Platform Touchpoints
- User Onboarding: During account creation at
talos.adrestia.eu, users explicitly accept the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. - Subscription Management: Commercial plans and billing upgrades incorporate the master subscription terms before payment processing.
- Enterprise Compliance: Corporate organizations can review and digitally execute the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) directly through the organization management console.
2. Desktop Agent Execution Touchpoints
- Native Installer: The desktop installer wizard requires explicit agreement to the End User License Agreement (EULA) and displays the Security & Liability Disclaimer before granting system-level automation privileges.
- Agent Information Menu: Local node operators can access the EULA and Open Source Attribution from the Agent system tray or Help menu.
Key Principles of the Talos Legal Model
Talos provides an enterprise automation runtime engine. Talos does not review, direct, or alter customer workflow logic. The designing entity retains full ownership of their automated workflows and assumes 100% operational responsibility for the parameters, inputs, and real-world outcomes produced by their automations.
Data processed locally by the native Talos Agent stays on the customer endpoint. Talos Cloud coordinates job dispatches and execution metrics, but never inspects, harvests, or stores local document contents, database records, or UI inputs unless explicitly configured by the customer.
